Guild Wars 2 in 2020 | Icebrood Saga, Visions of the Past, End Game & Guild Wars 3?!

Legendary runes and sigil failed and fell with a loud thud. When you those items thousands of gold EACH to get, that's the equivalent of shitting on the fans for no reason. For what they do its not worth it. I can see them beind sold for maybe 50 or 100 gold but thats it. Its what more inexpensive to just switch out your old ones for new ones.

Can you make a video about the bugs of the downed tower part of the story you go though at level 70? It says you have to It says I am supposed to "Escort Tonn's team to the undead towers"but Tonn stays behind at the 2nd tower, and while I'm escorting everyone else and once you get close to the 3rd tower the Mormox (the animal this is carrying stuff) stops where the tents are and the risen abominations were. This is where the 3rd and most important issue occurs, which is that they do not blow up the 3rd tower, meaning that you cannot progress the story. It would be great if you were to make a video addressing this bug.

Yeah.. therefore :
Soon, you'll see that there will be no extension and no following-up (like gw3), to the ice-brood sage.
Most of the staff and devs are exhausted working on this game. So the pace will most likely gonna slow on the release of new content, more ppls will be discharged of this project.
And the next project of Anet, should come right about a year after the last development of GW2

Stopped playing GW2 because its insane on how to get nice stuff. Goto go into dungeons/raids and so on with players that call you noob/loser and so on.
Can NEVER completely get my dragon and my swords completed. Tired of NERFED gameplay with characters, and now I see they are going to Nerf the War Claw.
Nah maybe in a few years might go back but doubt it. Tired of having to "buy" Blue Gems to get Gold ingame so damn pathetic.

Still think its a fun game other than that, alot to do otherwise but will never get my Dragon/Legendary Sword/Axe. 🙁

The game's player base is leaving everyday. We must not play the same game, most of the top guilds dissolved and left for ff14. Most of the maps feel empty except the few maps that are always occupied like HOT maps. Everything feels so empty sometimes.
You're expecting too much from a studio which took more than 7 years to implement a feature which has been requested since launch. Many bugs from the game has never been solved, the player base is low enough for them to merge wvw and then 4 months ago when they made their announcement everyone was disappointed and many left.
You're either the most optimistic person ever or you have no idea what is actually going on. Gw2 is pretty much at it's end at this point. Ask anyone who has been playing since launch, there really isn't much hope.

This is a game you can still enjoy as a new player but once you actually reach endgame you run out of things pretty quick unless you consider running around doing collections to be content.

I like that we are getting visions of the past and that the icebrood saga is getting frequent releases, If they keep it up I would love to have a finished saga at the end of 2020, and then an announcement for a new expansion with new specs, new race(?), hopefully something with cantha or anything really, just would really want one in the future:)!
A big engine update would be sweet as well!
Icebrood saga quality has been really good so far, so I hope they move forward like this, even more interactive maps with great events, replayability, and nice looks:D

Do you really think the devs are planning something big to announce this year? I imagine there are some things you can't say about the current state of the game, since you are sponsored by anet, but pratically the only news we get is about more ppl leaving the company and moving to work on other companies. Meanwhile, the focus of the new content launched is mainly in the gem store and changes like alliances, that have been "announced" for more than 2 years, are stil """"""ON THE TABLE""""", as they like to say. I really love this game, played more than anything in the last 7 years, but unfortunately ANet managed GW2 poorly, resulting in a decreasing playerbase and old content dying instead of being renewed (dungeons, fractals, etc.).

To me if they do not announce a proper real expansion or an eventual GW3 in the next 2 years this game will eventually just be us hardcore fans who love the game and the casuals will leave an very very few new players will be coming in. Plus I feel Wooden Potatoes deserves his Tengu race for being so loyal 🙂 lol. Thank you for making this video you always do some of the best Guild Wars 2 content and I love your speculations. Was a fun watch for the wife and I. Any chance we see you do a zero to hero LP for pvp or wvw in 2020? I only ask as I plan on doing far more of both when wife and i return summer of 2020 when we can buy a new PC and would love to see you make the levels for either.
